Reading Club for Children
Cornerstone Community Services (CCS) started the Cornerstone Achievement Programme (CAPE) as a soft launch in October 2022 to explore the idea of running a reading programme for pre-schoolers at MacPherson area.
With the support and help from our volunteers and partners at MacPherson, the programme ended the trial run successfully over 6 Saturday sessions from 22 October to 26 November 2022. During the 6 sessions, 18 children had the opportunity to come together for breakfast, games and storytelling conducted by CCS staff and volunteers.
Look out for more details on the official launch of CAPE 2023 on our website and Facebook in Q2 this year.
