PREP Marriage Preparation Programme
This Marriage Preparation Programme, based on the evidence-based Prevention and Relationship Education Programme (PREP), equips couples with practical tools and insights to build a strong, lasting relationship. Through interactive sessions, real-life scenarios, and guided reflection, couples explore key aspects of marriage including communication, expectations, conflict resolution, and emotional connection. The programme is experiential, skills-based, and tailored to support couples as they prepare for a meaningful and committed life together.

Fees and Funding:
$370 per couple (inclusive of materials and lifetime complimentary membership to join Couples Connect after completing PREP).
The reimbursement of $170 per couple (Singaporean/PR) by Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) will only be made upon course completion.
Schedule:
Each course is conducted over 2 Saturdays from 9am to 5.30pm at 39 Ean Kiam Place, S(429124).

ePREP + Coaching: Marriage Preparation Programme
The Blended Marriage Preparation Programme combines self-paced, evidence-based ePREP learning with live coaching for a flexible yet in-depth experience. Couples complete six engaging online sessions covering essential relationship skills through videos, case studies, and practical exercises. This is followed by a coaching session led by a trained facilitator, helping couples apply their learning and explore key topics relevant to their personal context. The programme strengthens communication, deepens emotional connection, and builds a solid foundation for lifelong commitment.

Donated items (in good condition) can include men's clothes & accessories such as shoes, wallet, belt, umbrella; new grooming items like shaver, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste; sports items such as badminton racket and shuttlecock; and small household items like fan, rice cooker, water flask.
