The 12-hour workshop based on the “Prevention and Relationship Education Programme” (PREP®) is designed to help you and your partner to understand marital issues and be mentally and emotionally prepared for life together as husband and wife. This workshop is conducted in a group format via zoom or onsite over 4 Saturdays and is suitable for couples preparing to get married or have been married for less than 2 years.

How to Coach Your Child on Goal Setting & Time Management

Through interactive activities, learn how you can coach your child as they learn to correlate the importance of goal setting and time management to achieving their purposes in life. Parents will be taught how to use the SMART guidelines in setting goals. They will also be taught simple techniques to coach their child in managing their time without compromising on their family time. Parents will also get some practical tips on how to coach their child when preparing for exams.

Essential Guide to Parenting
Now that there are three in the family, what kind of family do you want to build? What is your vision for parenting? Explore with us the essentials of parenting for children aged 0-6 years old. During the course of the workshop, we hope to help you ascertain some parenting goals and equip you with practical handles.

How do we stay connected in a three generation (3G) Family where everyone is at different stages of life with diverse issues and needs? In this workshop, we will examine the developmental needs and issues at each stage. Explore keys to effective communication and navigate through differences to build life together.
