Stress is unavoidable when we have to play numerous roles at home and at work. With so much on our plates, how can we stay on top of the situation despite the stress and pressures that we face?

Through this practical webinar, participants will learn how their bodies and minds react during stressful situations. They will be taught how stress, in appropriate amounts, can aid in one’s improvement and development, and change their negative perceptions of stress. The session will equip them with rational choices that can be made when reacting to a stressful situation and offer them insight into their various life situations. Participants will also understand the value of effective stress management techniques to help them make the most of any situation they face.

A minimum class size of 20 participants is required to run this webinar. Participants will be notified in advance if the session is cancelled.
